These are the rules for using naity. By using the site you agree to them.
naity is a search engine for long-term rentals in Bali. We collect public listings from Facebook groups, Facebook Marketplace and agency websites and show them in one place. We are not an agency, not a landlord and not a party to your rental deal. We don't take payments for homes.
Listings are written by sellers. We clean them up automatically (price, area, bedrooms) and that can be wrong. Market comparisons and AI summaries are our estimates, not advice. Before you pay anything, check the home, the price and the documents with the seller yourself. Never send a deposit for a home you or someone you trust hasn't seen.
You sign in with Telegram or with a link to your email; there are no passwords. Keep access to your Telegram and email safe. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time in “Account”.
We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
If a listing on naity is yours and you want it gone, press “This is my listing, remove it” on its page, or write to hello@naity.app. Details are on the Privacy page.
naity is a young service and is free for now. We may change, pause or add features. We do our best to keep data accurate and the site running, but we can't promise it is always available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, naity isn't responsible for deals between you and sellers, for the content of listings or for losses caused by relying on our estimates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If you live in the EU, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
