naity helps you find a long-term home in Bali. We bring rental listings together and show how a home's price changed over time. This page explains, in plain words, where listings come from and what we know about you.
naity is run by the naity team in Bali, Indonesia. For anything about your data write to hello@naity.app. We answer within 7 days.
We automatically collect public rental listings from Facebook groups, Facebook Marketplace and agency websites. Every home links to the original post.
We show the listing text, photos, price, area and the source name. We keep copies of the photos because Facebook links stop working within days. On top we add our own estimates: a comparison with similar homes and a summary written by AI. These are estimates and can be wrong. Check everything with the seller before you pay.
We never show sellers' phone numbers or names. Numbers are hidden inside listing texts too. The “Write” button opens WhatsApp with the seller through our server. To stop numbers being collected in bulk, the number of these clicks per day is limited.
Open the home on naity and press “This is my listing, remove it”. You sign in, then share your phone number in our Telegram bot. If it matches the number in the listing, the home leaves naity search right away. Nobody can remove someone else's listing this way. If your listing has no phone number (for example an agency page), write to hello@naity.app from the agency's address.
We keep the price history and the record of publication for our own market statistics, without showing them. If you delete your Facebook post, our copy doesn't disappear by itself: use the button above or write to us.
You can browse homes without an account. When you browse, our server counts how many homes are opened from your network address per day, to stop the database being copied. This count is kept only in memory and is cleared every day.

We keep search text without linking it to you, with phone numbers hidden, to improve search.
We use this data to run your account, send the Telegram alerts you asked for, limit abuse and improve naity. In GDPR terms the basis is our agreement with you (your account) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and useful. Under Indonesian law (UU PDP) it is the performance of our agreement and your consent, which you can withdraw by deleting your account.
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, for up to 30 days. Language, currency and your choice about session recording are stored in your browser. We have no ad trackers and no third-party analytics.
We count visits and actions on the site, such as searches, opened homes and presses of “Write”, with our own analytics (Umami) running on our server. It sets no cookies and keeps no IP addresses, and the data stays with us. If you are signed in, these counts are linked to a code made from your account, never to your name, email or Telegram.
If you press OK on the banner, we also record how you move around the pages, to find places where the site is hard to use. Everything you type, your name, email, Telegram and your notes are hidden in these recordings. Recordings are deleted after 30 days. You can switch recording off at any time with the link at the bottom of the search page.
We may use and share anonymous, aggregated market statistics, for example average prices by area. Such statistics can't identify any person. We don't sell or hand over your personal data (Telegram, email, saved homes), except where the law requires it.
We share only what the service needs to work:
Apify helps us collect public listings and Anthropic reads listings to write AI summaries. Neither receives data about you. Some of these companies process data outside Indonesia and the EU; they work under their own data protection terms.
Account data stays while your account exists. Backups are erased after 14 days. Listings and price history are kept as market history.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to stop or limit its processing, or to receive it in a common file format. Write to hello@naity.app. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Indonesia the PDP agency, in the EU the authority of your country.
Open your account and press “Delete account”. We immediately erase your record, saved homes, notes and alerts. In click and message logs your login is replaced with an anonymous mark: a “seller doesn't reply” answer still counts, but can't be linked to you. Backups are erased after 14 days.
If your personal data leaks, we will tell you and the authorities within 72 hours of finding out, as Indonesian law requires.
naity is for adults looking for a home. We don't knowingly keep data of people under 18.
